Job DescriptionAs a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be involved in the design, delivery, and maintenance of infrastructure projects across various sectors including residential, commercial, and public buildings. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure that projects meet their requirements and expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will be able to lead and manage teams, develop project plans, and coordinate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor junior engineers in the design, delivery, and maintenance of infrastructure projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure project requirements are met
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
In addition, we offer a great benefits package including staff social events, support towards chartership/professional accreditations, and opportunities for internal progression to Associate level.
