We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youngstock Technician to join our team at De Lacy Executive. As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a crucial role in unlocking the potential within the youngstock of every herd, driving greater success for our clients.

• Advise farmers on best practices for youngstock rearing, providing expert guidance to optimize herd performance.
• Support field-based sales members throughout your territory, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct on-farm assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing tailored solutions to address specific challenges.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their success.

• Proven experience in youngstock rearing, with a strong understanding of the key factors influencing herd performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with farmers and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
• Full UK driving license and ability to travel extensively throughout your territory.
