Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a highly experienced Site Agent to join our team. As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the construction strategy, working closely with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of civils projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development of construction strategies, including kick-off meetings and pre-commencement documentation.
  • Liaise with the project team to allocate resources, including labour, plant, materials, and temporary works.
  • Manage the site engineering team, ensuring the performance and development of Site and Section Engineers.
  • Coordinate construction operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).
Requirements:
  • HNC/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
  • Experience working on major civils packages.
  • Good team skills.
