Cape Clarke, an international law firm, is seeking a Catastrophic Injury Senior Solicitor to join their growing Casualty department in Birmingham. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work alongside highly regarded Partners who are recognised in The Legal 500 on high value, complex caseloads.

The team covers every aspect of a claim, including liability investigations, policy coverage assessments, and quantum assessments for all levels of multi-track claims. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting Partners on their high-value cases, contributing to the growth and success of the department.

About the Role
  • This role is focused on catastrophic injury claims, requiring a strong understanding of liability, quantum, and policy coverage.
  • You will work closely with experienced Partners to develop your skills and knowledge in this area.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Promotion Opportunities: With a clear career development path, you will have opportunities to progress to Legal Director level within the company.

Benefits Package
  • A competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, rising to £80,000+ with experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package includes enhanced maternity/paternity leave, up to 8% employer pension contribution, private medical & dental insurance, and 25 days holiday (plus option to buy an extra week).
  • A flexible hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days in-office and 3 days from home.
