Site Finance Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a strong business partner to join our client, a highly regarded leader in its field, as Site Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. This is a truly operational role, supporting the business at site level and collaborating with the Director of Supply Chain Finance to deliver objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering weekly and monthly reporting cycles, including forecasts and KPIs
- Monitoring and reporting capital expenditure
- Reviewing and analysing stock reporting and forecasting
- Reporting timely information to site teams, both financial and non-financial
- Risk analysis, specifically stock related
- Coordinating site budgets and delivering forecasts
- Developing highly effective working relationships with key business partners
- Adding value by providing insight, challenge and analysis to every business decision
- Personal development reviews and providing leadership for Analyst reports
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and business partnering abilities
- Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with finance and non-finance teams
- Relevant management accounting skills, including costing, budgeting and forecasting
- Proactive self-starter with a positive approach to problem solving
