They will be responsible for supervising the running of the service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring that high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation are maintained.

About the Location
Nestled in a restored 18th-century manor in the English countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With 500 acres of picturesque landscape, our hotel grounds provide endless opportunities for outdoor activities, relaxation, and exploration.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the running of the service and take quick and appropriate action to correct any shortcomings.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist and organise departmental meetings with the management team, carry out daily service briefings, and assist in the organisation of training sessions.
- Work with Restaurant/Bar Managers and Assistant Managers to maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation in the restaurant and bar.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent oral and written English language skills.
- A Level/College Education is preferred.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 per annum (on target earnings), with a base salary of £24,048 per annum plus service charge, typically circa £600 - 800 per month.
