We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at one of our highest profile leisure destinations in Oxford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a market leading leisure brand and be part of a fun, fast-paced environment.

As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a fabulous time, every time, and inspiring, coaching and developing your management team to be the best version of themselves every day.

You will also be responsible for driving performance across all revenue lines and implementing new business plans, as well as taking responsibility for budgets, banking and stock control.

In return, you will receive a highly competitive basic salary of up to £32,000, a monthly bonus of £200, and an annual performance-related bonus of up to £8,000, taking your overall package to around £40,000.

Additionally, you will have access to our in-house Centre Manager in Training programme and apprenticeships, as well as a range of other benefits including 50% off food when you are working, one in four weekends off, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.

We are looking for someone with an abundance of energy, enthusiasm and drive, who has experience delivering an amazing customer experience in a fast-paced customer-facing business, and significant experience managing a high-volume F and B operation.
