About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Electronic Monitoring Support Officer to join our team. As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will play a key role in partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks, assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and seamless operations
  • Provide top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
Requirements
  • Own vehicle and business insurance
  • BPSS clearance
  • DBS clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Working Arrangements
  • Full-time 37.5 hours per week
  • 7-day week coverage, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
  • Shift pattern: 7.5 hour shifts, majority between 4pm and 2am
