Regulatory Lawyer, Asset Management

Fry & Brown, a rapidly expanding financial services organisation, is seeking a senior regulatory lawyer to join their legal department. As an end-to-end solutions provider for the asset management industry, they offer financial planning, asset management, and settlement and custody services. The successful candidate will take a lead on regulatory matters within this space, including reviewing terms and conditions, client agreements, and cross-company guarantees, as well as providing regulatory advice and support to the legal team.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 6 years of regulatory law experience, either from private practice or in a similar financial services company. Settlements and custody experience is essential, with any funds experience being beneficial. The ideal candidate will be up for a challenge and willing to own the regulatory legal piece. This is an exciting time to join a company with a start-up vibe, which has doubled in size in the last year and continues to grow.
