Patient Mobility and Handling Equipment Specialist

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient mobility and handling equipment remains safe, reliable, and in top working conditions. This is a field-based role where you will be servicing and repairing a wide range of mobility equipment, including patient hoists, profiling beds, wheelchairs, and bathing aids, among others.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing of patient handling and mobility equipment, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on a variety of equipment, including performing electrical diagnosis and mechanical repairs.
- Carry out LOLER testing and inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring any issues are resolved swiftly and professionally.
- Keep accurate records of all work completed, including detailed service reports and compliance documentation.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all company products, participating in ongoing training and product updates.
