We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating and finalizing lettings agreements with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Conduct viewings and negotiate lettings agreements
- Manage and maintain accurate records of lettings activity
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lettings or sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic salary between £19,000 to £20,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses and car allowance
