About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Novotel London Excel. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards
