Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Professional to join our team as a School Caretaker. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including:
  • Carrying out general maintenance tasks, including litter picking and odd jobs delegated by the supervisor.
  • Opening and closing the school building.
  • Working independently and as a team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Setting alarms.


The role also involves registering with us, which includes providing right to work documents and obtaining an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS at a cost of £47.20 (if not already registered on the update service).

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £22,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
