Job Overview: Construkt RS is seeking a skilled Data Cable Specialist to join their team for a 2-week contract. This opportunity offers the chance to work in Newcastle and gain experience in cabling duties, including installation and maintenance of cat6 and cat6a systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, be able to take instructions from a lead engineer, and possess relevant certifications such as ECS/CSCS. Additionally, they should be familiar with basic hand tools and full PPE equipment.

The salary for this role is £3,600 (based on an 8-hour working day and £180 per day rate). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a reputable company, Construkt RS, and contribute to the success of their IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cable installation and maintenance
  • Working with cat6 and cat6a systems
  • Taking instructions from lead engineers


Requirements:
  • ECS/CSCS certification
  • Basic hand tool knowledge
  • Familiarity with full PPE equipment
