Technical Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading contract electronics manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Technical Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective strategies for new business growth, identifying and targeting new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Industry Expertise: Utilize extensive experience in electronics manufacturing to propose tailored solutions, staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape.
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor offering technical expertise and guidance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, collaborating with internal stakeholders to address client needs.
  • Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms align with company objectives and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in contract electronics manufacturing or electronic kitting.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
