Inclusion Team Member

Qes is seeking an experienced Inclusion Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our Inclusion team, you will be responsible for supporting the wellbeing and attendance of our students.
You will work closely with the attendance officer, Heads of Year, SEND and pastoral colleagues, as well as teachers, external agencies, and parents/carers to provide an exceptional education for all.
Key Requirements:- Experience of working in an educational setting, preferably in an Inclusion or pastoral role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, students, and parents/carers.
- A passion for supporting the wellbeing and attendance of young people, with a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
