Group Sales Trainer and Talent Development Specialist

K3 Capital Group is expanding its operations, taking us to over 1,000 colleagues internationally. As a result, we are now looking for an additional Group Sales Trainer and Talent Development Specialist to support our growth agenda.
The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to identify and implement innovative ways for our people to learn and improve, while working closely with our sales team, Group wide managers, and HR Team.
This role involves designing and implementing needs-based training and coaching Group wide, analysing the development needs of the sales team, and aligning within the Sales team and HR Team on strategy, planning, and priorities.
Responsibilities- Design and implement needs-based training and coaching Group wide.
- Analyse the development needs of the sales team.
- Implement individual development measures, including coaching.
- Design and deliver inspiring Corporate and Local Onboarding.
- Regularly monitor the success and report to improve high-quality standards.
- Relevant experience in a dynamic sales environment creating and delivering group and individual training and learning interventions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
- A clear understanding of the development and achievement of a learning culture.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Our estimated salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
