Job Title: Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist Specialist to join our Central Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to patients in need. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering short to medium term CBT interventions, attending and contributing to MDT handovers, providing reflective practice, supervision, and support to the team, as well as informal and formal training to enable staff to deliver brief psychological interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and registration with an appropriate professional body. You will also require experience working in adult mental health settings, particularly within an acute/emergency care pathway setting. A Health or Social Care Professional Qualification, such as RMN or Dip OT, is also necessary. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £76,811-£103,414 per annum, as well as high-quality supervision and support, opportunities for further training, and a collaborative work environment.
