Childcare Team Lead

Little Sunflowers Child Care is a family-owned, family-run day nursery and afterschool club.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality daily care for young children aged 3-5 years.
Job SummaryThis role involves preparing breakfast, welcoming children, picking up from school, setting up rooms, and leading activities in a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare nutritious breakfast for the children and maintain a clean and tidy setting
- Welcome children into the setting each morning and escort them to school promptly
- Pick up children from school and return them to the setting
- Set up engaging rooms for the children and lead educational activities
The hourly pay for this role is £11.50 per hour, which may increase based on performance during the probation period.

- 25 days of holiday time plus bank holidays
- Private healthcare
- Pension scheme available
- GCSE or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- At least 1 year of experience in a nursery or childcare setting (preferable)
