We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach passionate about mentoring teams to optimize their working practices. This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Agility Lead (BAL) to support teams across the bank in agile coaching to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability to deliver value to customers and colleagues at pace.

In this role, you will:

  • Work hand in hand with Lab Leaders to provide coaching and transfer capabilities, enabling teams to ultimately manage their own performance.
  • Understand data and insights to support Lab performance and productivity.
  • Be jointly responsible for the performance of the lab, including data quality and agile practices.
  • Support colleagues to implement and refine agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, scaled frameworks).
  • Apply your expertise in different agile approaches to ensure they are embedded throughout.
  • Use your knowledge in Agile Methodology and Tooling to establish new agile teams.
  • Support and coach teams with various techniques, including facilitation, training, and education.

  • Agile Coaching: Proven experience in Agile Coaching (with relevant certifications e.g., li>
