About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at WeAreTechWomen. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly web UIs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of UI components and features, collaborating with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient frontend code using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Design and implement CICD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment of UI components.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure that UI/UX designs are technically feasible and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests for UI components using Cypress.
  • Optimize UI application performance using tools like Lighthouse.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to promote growth and learning.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and software solutions to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and contribute to software architecture and design decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in industry with a specific interest/specialty in web UI development.
