Industrial Sewing Machinist Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our team at First Choice Staff. As an Industrial Sewing Machinist, you will be responsible for operating various sewing machines to produce high-quality automotive upholstery components.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Operate over lockers and other sewing machines to sew various materials, including leather, suede, and cords
* Assemble seats and other automotive components
* Work with a variety of materials and equipment to meet production demands
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity

**Requirements**

* Previous experience as an Industrial Sewing Machinist or in a similar role
* Ability to work with various materials and equipment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
* Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

**What We Offer**

* Competitive hourly rate of £12-£14 plus holiday pay
* 39 hour week, Monday to Thursday 7am till 5pm
* Immediate start available
