Chef de Partie Position

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Barnstaple, Devon.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in designing and preparing high-end food. They will assist the Head Chef in culinary and administrative tasks while communicating with the General Manager. We are looking for a professional who is dedicated to food quality and sets high standards for their output.

Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their specialty, managing and training demi-chef de parties or commis, and ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health and safety. We are a fast-paced environment, and the ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years’ experience, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work well in a team. If you are a motivated and experienced Chef looking for a new challenge, please apply below.
