Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Courier Delivery Specialist to join our team at Royal Mail Group. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the Oxford East area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and interacting with people.

About the Role

As a Courier Delivery Specialist, you will be required to work independently, navigating through various weather conditions and terrain. You will need to have a strong sense of direction and be able to read maps efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual, and possess excellent communication skills. You will also need to have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £12.54 per hour, paid monthly. You will also receive 22.5 days of holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), as well as a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including free uniform, overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, and lots of opportunities to develop your career within the company.
