  • Manage the entire lettings process, from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless transaction for all parties involved.
  • Conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants and providing valuable insights into the local rental market.
  • Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to property lettings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
