About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Adults Service Lead to join our team at Priory Group. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in leading our adult mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our adult mental health services strategy
- Manage and develop a team of mental health professionals
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to adult mental health services
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
What You'll Need:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A strong background in adult mental health services
- Experience of leading and managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits:
Priory Group offers a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and training opportunities.
