Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Software community at QuEST Global and develop cutting-edge embedded software in the Combat Air Electronic Warfare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy embedded software using RTOSs such as VxWorks or embedded Linux.
  • Collaborate with firmware and hardware engineers to develop working embedded solutions.
  • Utilize C++11 & above and other scripting languages to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with airborne software design standard RTCA 178C and coding standards such as MISRA C/C++.

Requirements:

  • Full software lifecycle experience, including requirements management, design, implementation, test, and integration.
  • Proficiency in UML and C++11 & above.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) techniques.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum, and tooling like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or Gitlab.
  • Knowledge of RTCA 178C DAL C Design Assurance or similar.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in Matlab Simulink, Cameo, DOORS, Dimensions, or similar tools.

Security Clearance:
The selected candidate must be eligible for full security clearance.
