Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at ITG. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing the Group Sales Ledger, and providing support to existing staff across Accounts Payable & Credit Control.
Key Responsibilities:
Group Sales Ledger:
- Issue all Sales Invoices for ITG UK across 2 platforms.
- Be a key stakeholder in the onboarding of new clients & franchise clients.
- Identify & implement efficiency initiatives to speed up the order to cash cycle.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a robust inter-company invoicing process.
- Control Invoicing process for overseas subsidiaries.
Staff Support and Development:
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the AP, AR and Treasury teams.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth.
- Address staff inquiries and concerns promptly.
Credit Control Performance:
- Monitor credit control processes, including collections, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
- Provide medium term Inflow forecasting.
- Analyse credit risk and recommend improvements to minimise bad debt.
- Collaborate with Credit Control Team and other stakeholders to optimise credit policies.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs):
- Develop and maintain SLAs with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Resolve customer-related inquiries within agreed-upon timeframes.
Finance Systems Management:
- Work with the Group FC and others to help develop the usage of the Finance System (Sage Intacct) to support billings/collection/payment.
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance shared services or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Excel proficiency (xlookup, sumifs etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial systems, (Useful but not required - Sage Intacct/Synergist).
- Ability to manage large volumes of data effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously.
