IT Field Network and Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Field Network and Infrastructure Manager to join our team at DevFinders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and security in our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for clients' IT systems on-site on a regular basis.
- Engage directly with senior and high-profile clients to address complex issues with professionalism and ease.
- Deliver on-site project management to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell technical solutions that align with clients' evolving needs.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle essential for travel to client sites.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role within the IT industry.
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 Cloud services (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Deep understanding of network infrastructure maintenance and installations.
- Extensive experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 (including Group Policies and Security Policies).
- Proven experience with Azure administration and implementations.
- Comprehensive understanding of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with client builds and imaging.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong team player with independent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical confidence with a proven track record of resolving complex issues.
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality with a positive approach to work and client interactions.
- Client-facing experience with expertise in engaging with senior or challenging personalities.
- Project management skills to oversee on-site projects, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion.
Benefits:
- £45,000 - £60,000 per year depending on experience.
