Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a key member of our packages of care, you will provide high-quality nursing care to children with complex needs in the community.

You will work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams, with oversight from our paediatric complex community nurse. An up-to-date care plan will be provided to ensure you are aware of the client's needs and wishes.

Your role will involve providing holistic, child-centred care to help children meet their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity that also offers flexible working arrangements if required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to children with complex needs in the community

Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care

Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of each child

Collaborate with the paediatric complex community nurse to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

Registered Children's Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up-to-date NMC Pin

Commitment to providing the best possible care for children

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate approach

Previous paediatric nurse experience
