Job Title: Part Time PA to Chairman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time PA to support our Executive Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team at Downs View School in Woodingdean.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our school. As a Part Time PA, you will provide administrative support to our Executive Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the school.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Providing administrative support to the Executive Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team
  • Managing diaries and schedules
  • Preparing and editing documents
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
About Us

Downs View School is an Outstanding Special School and College, providing education for young people with Special Education and Disability Needs (SEND). Our school site is in Woodingdean, and we have a college site in Patcham.
