Role Overview:

SRG is seeking an experienced Liquid Development Expert to join their team in Bishops Stortford. As a key member of the research and development department, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth within the company.

Job Description:

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with a global beverage brand to create innovative product solutions that meet consumer needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the development of 5-7 products per year, focusing on commercially driven technological innovation.
  2. Creating exceptional liquid products that meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop smart design and liquid strategies.
  4. Ensuring quality execution from concept to shelf.

You will be responsible for managing technical projects, conducting formulation experiments, and driving business growth through innovative product development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, research, and development in the food or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of managing technical projects, including doctoral or post-doctoral research experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formulation experiment design and beverage development, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
