Your new role
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will take full responsibility for 4 to 5 projects at any one time as well as tendering for new work. Your new role will support the company by identifying, controlling, and forecasting timescales and resource requirements whilst implementing best practice, project planning, and the full life cycle of projects from tender through to completion.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a permanent vacancy for one of Northern Ireland's leading Fit Out Contractors who has placed a very high importance on this role. Previous experience of working in a construction planning role will be required, ideally within Fit Out or Construction projects, and you will be required to have a strong understanding of MS Project or ASTA software. You should have a good level of understanding of commercial forms of contract and the ability to produce monthly reports as well as programme amendments.
