**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and monitor the delivery of care to residents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and high standards.
* Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
* Oversee the budget and financial management of the care home, preparing regular reports for the directors.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of resident information.
* Promote the care home through marketing and sales efforts.

**Requirements:**

* Strong leadership and motivational skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and accounts.
* Experience with regulatory bodies and Person Centred Software (PCS).
* Knowledge of Bexhill's local authority.
* Committed to a structured approach to training and development of staff.
