About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Steward II to join our team at Dishforth Airfield. As a Steward II, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Operate cash handling and till systems, accurately processing transactions and managing cash
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues
  • Report any feedback, complaints, or suggestions to line management, ensuring continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Basic numeracy skills and ability to accurately handle cash
  • DBS check required
