As a skilled Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable operation of critical systems. You will perform startups, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs on UPS and power systems, traveling throughout the UK to troubleshoot equipment from various manufacturers. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing technical recommendations and collaborating with the service direction team to deliver top-tier customer satisfaction.

Compensation Package: Our competitive compensation package includes a salary of £57,500 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits such as progression opportunities, training, and a company vehicle. Regular travel is required across the UK, with some overnight stays expected.

Responsibilities:
  1. Performing startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs on UPS, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment
  2. Providing technical advice to clients and maintaining strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and distributors
  3. Collaborating with the service direction team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
