About the Role

The Company is a luxury fine dining restaurant on the outskirts of Crickowell seeking a Restaurant Manager with experience in fine dining establishments. The restaurant has approximately 45-50 seats and offers outdoor dining space during the summer months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain 5-star standards and customer service in a friendly-run operation.
  • Manage a small team to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Have a strong work ethic and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • Have good wine and sommelier experience to upsell to regular patrons.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management is essential.
  • Particular attention to detail skills with an eye for excellence.
  • Be able to manage a small team for maximum effectiveness.
  • A strong work ethic and take pride in delivering a 5-star service.
  • Own transport is probably required as public transport is limited.
  • Have worked in a rosetted restaurant in a management capacity.
  • Have Sommelier qualifications and experience.
