Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and wash up pots and pans, and operate the dishwasher to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure that basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible, and that food preparation areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
  • Unload food and equipment deliveries, and assist with basic food preparations as required.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist with other tasks as required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Understanding of quality control and kitchen standards.
