About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all external works on the project, including overseeing a team of 2-3 site managers to ensure the project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Experience in managing externals on large high-rise projects is essential, and knowledge of English Heritage is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of site managers to deliver external works on a high-rise refurbishment project.
  • Oversee the project to ensure it runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, including English Heritage requirements.

As a senior project manager, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects in the construction industry. You will be able to motivate and lead a team of site managers to achieve exceptional results.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £68,000 per annum, plus benefits package.
