Veterinary Practice Operations Manager

We are a friendly and supportive veterinary practice in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we're looking for a motivated individual to join our leadership team.
Role Overview
This full-time position includes 40 hours per week across 5 days, working 8:30am-5:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. You will receive a competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR tasks such as recruitment, staff development, and rotas.
- Oversee compliance, health and safety, and practice maintenance.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
Requirements
- A motivated and proactive individual with proven experience in management, ideally within a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- The ability to manage financial processes, including budgets and P&Ls.
- A creative approach to client engagement and business growth.
