As a key member of our Social Media team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging social media content that showcases Liberty's people, place, and product across all our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy and Creation
    • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Liberty's brand values and objectives.
    • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Content Calendar Management
    • Manage and update the daily and weekly content calendars for select Liberty social channels.
    • Schedule and publish content that meets our brand's tone and style.
  • Community Engagement
    • Build and engage with our community of artistic shoppers through comments and direct messages.
    • Develop and maintain a tone of voice that reflects Liberty's brand personality.
  • Collaboration and Support
    • Work closely with the graphic design, studio, editorial, marketing, events, buying, press, partnerships, and events teams to ensure a joined-up approach to social media.
    • Support the Social Media Specialist in the creation and presentation of social media plans for key product launches, affiliate projects, influencer campaigns, and brand promotions.
Requirements
  • Skills and Experience
    • Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and trends.
    • Excellent copywriting and creative thinking skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Some experience in social media management tools.
