Quality Assurance Manager Opportunity

Kenton Black is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development and implementation of our quality management systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality assurance and management systems are in place and regularly audited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the focal point during internal and third-party audits, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Instill a culture of quality assurance across the business, ensuring all employees and contractors are aware of the QMS and their role in its successful operation.
  • Monitor and incorporate changes to quality compliance into project design and documentation, driving continuous improvement.
  • Drive QA improvement and offer guidance and support to internal and external colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to establish methods and techniques to drive performance and enhance quality, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' QA management experience in administrative/operations/project environments, with successful implementation of ISO 27001 & ISO 9001.
  • Experience of QA/QC in transmission and distribution and/or electrical substations, with a strong understanding of quality management principles.
  • Degree-level education and professional chartership, with a qualified lead auditor certification.
  • Experience managing quality across multiple sites/projects, with a proven track record of stakeholder management.
