Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance with a proactive approach and responding to reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a proven track record of diagnosing faults and repairing equipment. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment is maintained in line with company standards
  • Respond to reactive maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Diagnose faults and repair equipment
  • Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
