You are a seasoned professional in the Food Service / Food Wholesale industries, with a strong track record of success covering London & the South of England. As a Business Development Dairy Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals. Your primary responsibility will be to sell a range of dairy products into wholesalers and end users such as pubs, restaurants, care groups, bakeries, dessert parlours, and the education sector.

  • Account Management: You will manage c50 accounts within the territory, varying in size up to £1million
  • New Business Opportunities: Follow up and convert new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Product Education: Work closely with clients' sales teams to educate them on our products, enhancing their understanding and increasing sales
  • Trade Shows: Attend trade shows to grow the brand and increase market share

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Food Service / Food Wholesale
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to stay away from home occasionally
  • A full UK driving license is essential

Compensation Package:

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £45,000 per annum
  • Overtime earning potential of approximately £5,000 per annum
