Pertemps Redditch Industrial is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Manifold Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hydraulic Manifold Technician to work on complex hydraulic manifolds. The successful candidate will be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, reassembling, and testing hydraulic manifolds, as well as interpreting technical drawings and test specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disassemble, inspect, reassemble, and test hydraulic manifolds
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and test specifications
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Collaborate effectively with a small team
  • Keep detailed records of each process stage
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving test failures
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a HNC qualification (or equivalent) with a focus on fluid power, or relevant experience with strong hydraulics knowledge. Electronics knowledge is desirable. The candidate should also have a good understanding of electrohydraulic circuits, hydraulic servo circuits, and fluid pressures.
