About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Health Promotion Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality sexual health services to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Outreach Team, including managing databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and publish events, including Freshers Fairs, school/college open days, and other outreach activities.
  • Work in partnership with the Communications Team to promote the service and develop marketing materials.
  • Order stock, including chlamydia screening kits, condoms, and stationery, and process test kits requested via the online service.
  • Provide administrative support to the team during outreach events, including setting up stalls and equipment.
  • Assist with the collation of activity data, creating reports and databases as required.
  • Attend clinic/service meetings as required and provide administrative support for outreach team meetings.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Experience of managing/working on work-related webpages and social media or willingness to learn.
  • Evidence of dealing with the public face-to-face and/or on the telephone.
  • Ability to create and manage spreadsheets and databases.
  • Using work-related computer systems.
