We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Head Bartender to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our F&B team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through your expertise and passion for mixology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing bar team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to upskill and reskill team members

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bar Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Passion for mixology and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive sales growth and profitability
