We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SHE Advisor to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in driving health, safety, and environmental performance across our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support project teams in delivering our Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy, ensuring managers assume full responsibility for their activities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Health & Safety matters to project teams, ensuring effective Construction Phase Plans.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local stakeholders, including the HSE, Local Authorities, EA, and SEPA.
- Conduct accident/incident investigations, identifying root causes and communicating learning points to prevent re-occurrence.
- Challenge existing working methods to incorporate Health, Safety, and Environmental best practices during design and construction phases.
- Contribute to a safe and secure culture through behavior-based coaching at all levels within the project.
- Liaise with the wider construction industry to share lessons and implement best practices.
- NEBOSH Certificate and significant relevant construction SHE & Gas industry experience.
- Knowledge and experience of Environmental management requirements.
- Current full UK driving license.
- EUSR Cross Country Pipelines / SHEA Gas.
