Key Commercial Management Role
===========================

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Officer to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our commercial management team, you will play a crucial role in helping us grow our client's business through meeting sales objectives and efficiently managing production and controlling costs.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Provide outstanding commercial support to the company
* Manage estimating and customer account management
* Ensure adherence to procedures throughout the commercial department
* Oversee workflow and production planning initiatives, quality and business improvement policies
* Work closely with client services and sales development to provide the highest levels of customer support and service
* Assist with supply chain management as necessary

Qualifications and Skills
-----------------------

* Excellent organisational, problem-solving and prioritisation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Commercial awareness in all aspects of print and finishing
* High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills
* IT literacy and numeric capability
* Ability to analyse workflow and understand/assimilate industry-based technical processes
* Technical awareness of our service offering and ability to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities
