Key Responsibilities:
  • Combine creative and technical expertise to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks appealing and inviting to customers.

Requirements:
  • Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
